It was a very rewarding experience. First of all, it is time taken for oneself to improve one’s leadership and business strategy. It is very valuable to be able to do this with a professional as seasoned as Carole Perez, it is something very profitable! This coaching has allowed our team to work better together, to better establish our common strategic objectives, but also personal.
