As a manager, over the years, we develop bad habits and we review all these aspects, such as time management, interruptions, communication, and it reframes us and transforms us. It reprograms us in our management skills and especially in interacting with our collaborators and the realities that are on our schedule as a manager. The skills that we’ve improved are basically planning, managing our agenda, especially also the value of our high-performance tasks. That’s an essential part of a manager’s raison d’être within a company, it’s to spend the time that he or she is hired to do. I am very satisfied with the coaching because this reprogramming makes us more efficient professionally, more efficient personally as well because this serenity that the result of this coaching brings us is reflected in our professional life as well as in our personal life. Who can I refer this coaching to? Any manager, any person in a position of responsibility should imperatively do this coaching to enable him/her to succeed in his/her career.
