One of the skills I have improved is delegation. Not only did I learn to be clearer, more precise in the tasks and projects I assigned, but I also learned to better communicate my needs, to ask the right questions
when I myself received new projects or set new goals. I learned to better organize my time. For this, I now have a monthly, weekly, and daily plan. This allows me to allocate the time needed for my high-performance tasks and also to keep my priorities straight. Carole is someone who has a lot of tools to offer us, but who also takes the time to accompany us individually. She is there to answer our questions when we have them, she is always ready to help us when we have particular challenges to face. I am very satisfied because I was able to reach my goals and I think that the coaching made me a better manager, but also a better colleague. I would refer this coaching program to anyone who feels like they don’t have enough time, who feels overwhelmed by the workload, who works in teams, who manages teams.
