Kathy Amar
Coach Leader en Action

A professional coach for 20 years, Kathy has contributed to the success of people and has influenced many committed leaders! Authentic and passionate, Kathy graduated from the University of Montreal in Applied Mathematics and from HEC Montreal in Marketing and Finance. She has held positions as a training director and training program manager for major Canadian financial institutions and corporations. Her career path has led her to develop notable skills in communication, efficiency, and creativity in both content design and facilitation. Recognized for her dynamism, team spirit, and passion for sharing her knowledge, Kathy distinguishes herself by her ability to quickly detect the issues and concerns of her clients and then provide them with personalized solutions and learning strategies. Her proactive approach, charisma, and incredible ability with groups make her a sought-after and appreciated facilitator.

Patrick Rothlisberger
Coach Leader en Action

Originally from Switzerland, Patrick has solid management experience thanks to the companies he founded and developed in his home country and then sold to immigrate to Quebec nearly 25 years ago. His entrepreneurial spirit has never wavered: in the early 2000s, he owned several companies that he personally managed and employed over 50 people. He then decided to put his skills at the service of others and embraced the world of finance as controller and financial director for ten years. Currently the General Manager of an engineering company and head of his own company specialized in condominium management, he is constantly updating and improving his management techniques and HR practices. He is a founding member of a sector fund to benefit the CHRTR to improve the comfort of patients being treated for cancer. He is a member of the emergency response teams on the island of Montreal for Red Cross disaster victims. He acts as a mentor in the mentoring cell of the Island of Montreal (Ville Marie) for the Quebec Entrepreneurship Foundation. For the past few years, he has been a counselor for Suicide Action Montreal. He is now at the service of tomorrow’s entrepreneurs to help them surpass themselves in their business and personal development.
