  • Module 1: Visionary Leader. Define your own GOALS, as well as those of your team and project: set, drive, measure… perform!
  • Module 2: Motivating Leader. Understand your MOTIVATION drivers, use them as levers to make your motivation contagious.
  • Module 3: Congruent Leader. Be yourself and know how to deliver messages with perfect RELATIONAL AND EMOTIONAL EASE.
  • Module 4: Pragmatic and High-Performing Leader. Manage your TIME to reveal your excellence and improve your performance.
  • Module 5: Speaker Leader. Assert yourself in your COMMUNICATION with impact and influence.

Training Program

MODULE 1: Visionary Leader
Drive your goals: Give meaning to your actions (Workshop 1, 4h)
    • Understand the close link between goals, strategy, motivation, and results.
    • The importance of vision and clarity to increase personal motivation and performance.
    • Align with the company’s objectives to stay motivated and position yourself as a relay.
    • Know your expertise and strengths to define and achieve your goals.
    • Exercises/tools: Success modeling; goal management.
Strengths, skills, qualities: highlight your expertise (Workshop 2, 4h)
    • (Re)discover, accept, and showcase your talents and strengths.
    • Confidently embrace your talents.
    • Make your expertise known, and become visible to influential internal and external stakeholders.
    • Exercises/tools: “Pitch like a pro” to stand out; affirm yourself against imposter syndrome.
MODULE 2: Motivating Leader
Stay motivated… and be a source of motivation in all circumstances (Workshop 3, 4h)
    • Identify your motivation drivers.
    • Adopt the posture and communication style of a motivating leader.
    • Use levers to make your motivation contagious.
    • Be agile with change: position your group (team and/or project) for openness to change.
    • Exercises/tools: Motivation drivers; embrace change and show resilience.
Assert your leadership daily, be a leader in action (Workshop 4, 4h)
    • Gain energy in the face of changes and complex situations.
    • Develop managerial courage: the art of managing difficult situations.
    • Live with uncertainty, remain operational with a touch of the “unknown.”
    • Exercises/tools: Transform a habit into an attitude.
MODULE 3: Congruent Leader
Gain confidence and relational ease through emotional mastery (Workshop 5, 4h)
    • Increase self-esteem and confidence through emotional intelligence.
    • Become aware of your emotions and better manage those of others.
    • Strengthen emotional and relational intelligence.
    • Manage resistance and gain agility; reframe a difficult colleague.
    • Exercises/tools: Discover the role of emotions in your relationships.
Develop authentic relationships and improve performance (Workshop 6, 4h)
    • Increase empathy.
    • Understand and master power dynamics.
    • Acquire practical tools for powerful communication: transactional analysis, rephrasing, giving and receiving feedback powerfully, questioning…
    • Exercises/tools: The 5 relational postures; the request/non-request.
MODULE 4: Pragmatic and High-Performing Leader
Define the value of your time (Workshop 7, 4h)
    • Align your planning with your natural rhythm and objectives.
    • Act according to your true priorities and increase productivity.
    • Exercises/tools: Identify productivity blockers; biorhythm.
Put your time to the benefit of the collective (Workshop 8, 4h)
    • Organize and lead meetings effectively, to enhance cohesion, motivation, and goal achievement: introduction to collective intelligence and co-development methods.
    • The art of delegation.
    • Powerful communication tools: the “authentic yes”; manage interruptions; resolve conflicts.
MODULE 5: Speaker Leader
Lead with power and influence, position yourself as an influential and inspiring female leader (Workshop 9, 4h)
    • Adapt your communication to each personality type.
    • Decode situations and adapt your communication to your interlocutors.
    • Find your rightful place in relationships.
    • Manage and supervise joyfully, to benefit performance.
    • Exercises/tools: Personality profiles; interpersonal relationships.
Assert yourself orally: dare to speak up and be yourself (Workshop 10, 4h)
    • Prepare for speaking engagements and build self-confidence.
    • Overcome stage fright and manage emotions.
    • Bring style to your interventions, and use humor.
    • Know how to improvise, and train yourself to dare.
    • Captivate, whether in person or remotely, and leave a lasting impression.
    • Exercises/tools: Deliver unforgettable presentations; handle the unexpected and maintain control of your audience; conclude with impact.

This training is primarily aimed at women who have completed the “Self-Marketing” cycle.
