To have a productive week, I put this post at the beginning of the week to guide you in organizing your weekly agenda. The organization of your work week in your agenda reflects your time management and therefore your productivity. Our agenda is a key element of our time management because it is where we find all the decisions we make for the week, which determine our efficiency. Sometimes we find ourselves facing such a busy week that we have trouble dealing with the unexpected. Other times, on the contrary, we have a light agenda. Yet, whatever the state of the agenda, we are all overwhelmed at the end of the week, wondering where the time goes.
Whatever your role or profile, organizing your work week well in your agenda can help you :
- Increase your productivity and efficiency
- Reduce stress at work
- Take a step back
- Be in control of the situation
For this, I suggest 4 tips to gain efficiency this week, and those to come:
- Start with your high-priority tasks: Prioritizing is the key to not losing sight of your goals!
- Write everything down on your agenda: Whether it is your professional or personal tasks, you must write everything down.
- Always allow at least 30% in your agenda, in case of unforeseen events: Block out backup hours during the week.
- Organize yourself according to your productivity peaks: You know your energy peaks, choose the days or time slots when you are more efficient than usual, and assign yourself high-performance tasks.
