Back to work is here, and with it, my tips to make your life at work easier! Every new year, it’s the hustle and bustle of getting back to work, starting new personal and professional projects, and new resolutions/goals. That rush, that feeling of running out of time, never-ending to-do lists… the transition from the vacation season can be a little rough. However, going back to work and starting over doesn’t have to mean stress. The secret is to anticipate.
How to prepare and anticipate your return to work? Don’t panic, I will help you to live your return to work more serenely, both professionally and personally. To make the transition smoother, here are some tips:
👉 Prepare your professional agenda: For a serene return, update yourself with your upcoming appointments, your work to finish, and your tasks to do. But do it gently, it’s all about getting back into your rhythm little by little.
👉 Plan your personal activities: Back to work is an opportunity to start again on a good basis. Dedicate some time to your hobbies and it will help you maintain a balance over time between work and family.
👉 Take stock of your 2021 goals: Take stock of how you worked last year and see where you can improve this year.
Did I achieve my goals?
What is working? What is not working?
What do I need to improve my organization?
👉 Set more realistic goals for yourself: This is the perfect opportunity to make some good resolutions. Take this opportunity to give yourself a few specific, measurable, and most importantly, realistic goals. We often make the mistake of making too many good resolutions that we can’t keep.
